The Artist must adhere to the designated color
palette, but has freedom to paint with all or any of the colors, or their mixed derivatives. In addition, the Artist is not limited to
encaustic paint but may include other mediums, transfers, collage materials,
etc., as long as they are compatible with the designated warm color palette.
